FolderClone is a tool that backs up, replicates, and mirrors important files and folders. This program arranges synchronization items in sets of tasks.
A task is a set of settings specifying the files and folders you would like copied, the destination you want them copied to, and how frequently you want this done.
Once you configure the settings, FolderClone compares the source folder to the target folder, and deletes files and folders that exist in the target folder but not in the source folder.
This program comes with four file comparison methods: date/time, size, contents, and CRC32. The program supports both uni-directional and one-to-many synchronization.
You also have the option or include subfolders. The program comes with four delete options: send to Recycle Bin, Delete Permanently, Do Not Delete, and Secure Delete.
Secure Delete wipes data from the disk so that it cannot be recovered using an undelete utility. The program runs in the background and checks files and folders at intervals specified by the user.
